Senior Designer
Sean comes to us as a result of a longstanding partnership with Groff Landscape Design. Since 2011, Sean has been designing outdoor living spaces for the company, and in 2017, he officially became part of the Groff team. His degree in landscape architecture from Virginia Tech launched a design career that has now spanned over two decades. Sean’s particular talent is his ability to balance aesthetics and function, designing outdoor spaces that our clients love to look at—and use.
Amy Neiberline
Outdoor Living Sales Professional
After graduating from the University of Maryland, Amy went on to get a Master’s in Landscape Architecture from Virginia Tech. As an entrepreneur, she operated her own design business for many years. Now part of the Groff team, she consults with clients to help them create outdoor living spaces they love. Amy’s particular strength is building relationship with clients through responsive communications and listening closely to what’s important to them.
Jaime Sanchez
Operations Construction Manager
Jaime has been with Groff for almost a decade. As our Operations Construction Manager, he is one of the first people you will meet as your outdoor construction project gets underway. Not only is Jaime skilled at managing complex constructions projects, he also values building relationships with clients. With Jaime, you’ll always have a resource to ask questions or address concerns. He is also committed to training and managing our crews to uphold the highest standards in the construction industry.

As Operations Controller & Estimator, Sarah takes care of managing project estimates, billing, and delivering value for the client. With extensive experience in logistics, project management, and operations, she is adept at coordinating the complexities of each project to present a seamless experience. Efficiently run systems are a top priority for Sarah, but she also enjoys getting to know our clients’ projects and understanding what’s important to you.

With years of experience in business development, TM brings the practice of ‘listening first’ to his client-facing role with Groff Landscape Design. As a sales manager, he understands the concept of partnering with clients to share their vision and communicate the benefits of working with Groff. Internally, TM has helped refine our outreach to prospective clients so they feel heard, understood, and confident they can trust the Groff team to deliver a superior design-build product.

Josh Lewellyn

Josh has a deep experience in the construction trade, managing projects mostly in the landscape design-build industry. A West Virginia University graduate with a degree in landscape architecture, Josh has a unique ability to manage large scale projects, keep clients informed, and reassure homeowners, the leadership team, and crews amidst the usual ebbs and flows of outdoor construction projects. Josh’s capacity for putting systems in place has created significantly improved efficiencies for the company since he joined the team.
